Please be aware that due to recent events surrounding the Coronavirus, there may be a slight delay in shipping with Royal Mail but we are still sending out orders as normal. Thank you for your patience during this time.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £150
We print our orders on demand in order to reduce waste and be eco-friendly. Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be dispatched.
We use Royal Mail for postage.
Once dispatched Royal Mail aim to deliver within the following timescales:
UK - next working day - £4.95
Europe 3-5 working days - £10.95
USA 5-7 working days - £12.95
Other overseas destinations inc. Australia 10-15 working days - £13.45
Above are estimates of shipping times, but please allow 30 days for your order to arrive before contacting us to report a missing order.
Please note, orders are not tracked so we are unable to provide tracking numbers.
Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the recipient's destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by 7 Deadly Sins Clothing. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Due to 7 Deadly Sins Clothing working on a print on demand basis, we are unable to offer free returns/exchanges, however, we do want you to be satisfied with your products. Customers can return unused items to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). The return postage cost will be covered by the buyer.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, please use the returns process and then reorder the correct product/size.
To arrange a return, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the returns information.
Our returns policy is applied for 14 days from date of purchase.
We will not accept any returns if the garment has been worn or is marked and all returns must be in their original packaging. Sale items or items purchased using a discount code cannot be returned.
Once we have received your return, we will email you to confirm. We recommend you send the products back to us tracked and signed as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
We will inspect the item and issue a refund once we are happy that the item is in brand new, unworn condition.
